How to verify your address is correct in the 911 System
If you would like to test your phone line please follow the below instructions. This is an effort to ensure the accuracy of our enhanced 911 system and will better allow us to send you help when in need.
- Dial 911
- Advise the Communications Officer that you are testing your phone line and do not have an emergency.
- The Communications Officer will ask you several questions designed to verify your information.
** Note** The officer may need to put you on hold or may ask you to call back later if they are
handling an emergency situation when you call. We apologize in advance if this occurs, but we
must address priority calls first.
