Colonial Soil & Water Conservation District is recruiting for District Director

The Colonial Soil and Water Conservation District is recruiting candidates for an at large appointment to the District Board of Directors.  Eligible candidates must reside within Charles City, James City, New Kent, Williamsburg, or York.  The four-year term will begin on January 1, 2023 and end on December 31, 2026.  District Directors do not receive compensation.

Persons interested in applying for the vacant Board position must submit a letter of intent stating their desire, qualifications, and reasons for wanting to serve on the District Board. Letters must be received no later than Friday September 30th. Interviews of qualified candidates will be scheduled before October 21st.
