Did you know nearly $3.5 million taxpayer dollars are spent each year to clean up litter on Virginia's roadways? More than half of roadway litter comes from motorist and another 25% is from pedestrians.

New Kent Board of Supervisors to meet Monday evening

The New Kent County Board of Supervisors will meet for its regular business meeting next week - Monday, April 11, 2022 at 6 p.m. The business meeting will take place in the New Kent County Administration Building (12007 Courthouse Circle, New Kent). The Board will hear from this month's small business closeup - Flower Forte' as well as conduct four public hearing on the Borrego Solar Farm, the equalized tax levy and proposed tax levies for Fiscal Year 2023, and proposed amendments to Appendix A - Fees of the County Code.
